Pause and Observe your life. When you sit in the observation, instead of a reaction to life, you limit the negativity in your mind! This is so important. I can’t stress this process enough. As a clinical hypnotherapist, this is the space behind the thought that causes the circular and often negative patterns we think. When you change your thinking, you change your life and the story about your life. 

Pause, Observe, and NOW CHANGE Your Life

To get to your Power, you must activate the Observer Portion of the brain. Explaining one step further, this is NOT the part of the mind that deducts and figures out life. It is, however, the part of the brain that creates. The more time you spend in this creative part of the brain, you will:

  • judge yourself less frequently
  • be less reactive; and 
  • feel more responsible for your state of mind.

Furthermore, peace will always prevail. 

We give away our peace of mind every time we react emotionally to inevitable change in the stock market, in global crisis, and when disease knocks on our city’s door. Peace is yours to keep, not give away. 

  • You are made in the image and by the grace of Peace. 
  • Peace doesn’t comprehend pandemonium. 
  • Peace of mind is gentle.
  • Peace does not judge you or others.
  • Peace promotes calm and love.
