Can you imagine a day without stress? If you can’t even visual 24 hours without anxiety, how can you actually live a life without stress? The goal: Having a clear picture in your mind of what peace looks like.
Remember you are a crystal in the chaos of life. Don’t expect life to change. You must be the catalyst for change—inside. I guarantee that everything in your life you have has started with a vision of it, even the negative things. We are creative spirits made in the image of the All-Creative God. We have the power to express in the subjective consciousness what we want in our lives.
It’s like planting seeds in a garden. You choose the seed. You plant it in the soil. After you do this, you have hope, tend to it without manipulating or hurting it, and “EXPECT” the seed to grow. You expect it grow because this is the law. The laws of the universe are God expressing. So, when we say, “after you plant the seed, let go and let God,” we are actually releasing the seed to the existential laws of the Earth. This is the direct expression of Universal Law.
Because of this, we can understand that world has its stressor, but it can never go against the law of the universe. These laws are permanently in the infrastructure of life. This universal law is based on “Cause and Effect,” which is one of the seven universal laws:
The Law of Cause and Effect (Mutable): The sixth of the seven Universal Laws tells us that “Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.” In accordance with this Law, every effect you see in your outside or physical world has a very specific cause which has its origin in your inner or mental world. This is the essence of thought power. Every one of your thoughts, words or actions sets a specific effect in motion which will come to materialize over time. To become the master of your destiny, you must master your mind for everything in your reality is a mental creation. Know that there is nothing like chance or luck. They are simply terms used by humanity in ignorance of this Law.
